Accessing data using your copy of matlab

OPeNDAP allows one to give a application a url and have it directly download data. To read this data into matlab use 
loaddap('http://213.154.77.59/SOURCES/.Features/.Hydrological/.Rivers/.MajorRivers/system/1+index/.geom_id/dods')
